CatchForm

Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

1. Who we are. CatchForm is operated by [LEGAL NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION]. Contact: hello@catchform.dev.

2. The service. CatchForm receives HTML form submissions sent to endpoints you create, stores them, notifies you by email, and optionally forwards them to webhooks you configure.

3. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One person or organisation per account.

4. Acceptable use. You may not use CatchForm to collect data unlawfully, to send unsolicited messages, to host phishing or fraudulent forms, or to store payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health records. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Your data. Submissions belong to you. You can export them at any time and delete them by deleting the form. We do not sell them and do not use them to train anything.

6. Limits. Each plan carries a monthly submission limit and a form limit, shown on the pricing page. Over the limit, submissions are refused until the next month or until you upgrade. Nothing already stored is deleted.

7. Availability. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is", without warranties.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days ahead.

10. Termination. You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of section 4, or with 30 days' notice otherwise.
