Billing questions
- Who charges my card?
- Paddle is our merchant of record. They take the payment, issue the invoice and handle VAT and sales tax for your country. Prices are in US dollars. We never see your card number.
- What counts as a submission?
- One accepted POST to your form endpoint. Submissions caught by the spam honeypot are not counted and never reach you.
- What happens if I go over the monthly limit?
- New submissions are refused with a clear error until the next month, or until you upgrade. Nothing already stored is deleted, and your forms keep working the moment the limit resets.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then reverts to Free. Your data is not deleted. See the refund policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee.
- Is there a discount for paying yearly?
- Yes — $120 billed yearly · save 17%, which works out as two months free compared with paying monthly.
