Refund Policy

14-day refund. If CatchForm is not right for you, write within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. No form to fill in and no reason required.

How to ask. Email hello@catchform.dev from the address on the account. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling. You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free — your data is not deleted.

Beyond 14 days. Renewals are not refundable by default, but if something on our side broke, write to us anyway. We would rather fix it than keep the money.
